Hon. Gus Benjamin McIntyre is the judge of New York County Supreme Court, seemingly of its Criminal Branch. He appeared in episode "Dog Fight" in criminal trial (first-degree intentional homicide) New York v. Clifford Danner^[1] and in episode "Zane vs. Zane" in hearing of securities fraud trial.

Both the trials take place in New York County Courthouse on 60 Centre Street, Manhattan, although actually this courthouse is a part of Civil Branch.^[2]
