Hon. Garvin Steiner is a judge of New York Supreme Court, seemingly of its Civil Branch, and also a friend of Daniel Hardman's.
He appeared in episode "Meet the New Boss" in hearing, when granted temporary restraining order (TRO) to Daniel Hardman in case of Prescott hospitals' negotiation with their nurses' union.
