Shrager, M.D. is the head physician[1] of Prescott hospitals' nursing home where Edith Ross, Mike's grandmother, was living.
She appeared in the pilot episode, where explained Mike necessity of moving his grandmother to full care or transferring her to a state facility because of deteriorating health condition. Mike refused state facility option and promised to pay $25,000 for full care.[2]
