Benjamin is an IT specialist and a Vice President at Specter Litt Wheeler Williams. As the person in charge of the law firm's entire computer and server network, Benjamin manages and repairs all the computers as well as protects the network from outside attacks. He was one of the three employees, along with Donna Paulsen and Gretchen Bodinski, that did not resign from Pearson Specter Litt following Mike Ross' conviction.
Following Faye Richardson assuming control of Zane Specter Litt Wheeler Williams, Louis Litt ordered him to find a way to oust her, prompting him to hack into the New York State Bar, which nearly led to him being fired. However, Louis made amends with him and promoted him to Vice President.

Season 9[]
After Faye Richardson was appointed Special Master by the New York State Bar Association, granting her full control of Zane Specter Litt Wheeler Williams, Louis Litt ordered Benjamin to create a program that could analyze the three-thousand pages of State Bar by-laws to find a loophole that would allow them to oust Faye. Benjamin later paid Louis a visit in his office, informing him that he needed a digital copy of the by-laws in order to do so, although Louis responded by lashing out at Benjamin for not scanning the physical pages one-by-one and commanding him to do whatever it took. Benjamin then hacked into the Bar to find the digital copies of the by-laws, only for Faye to discover his actions. Realizing that she knew what he was doing, Benjamin confessed to her why he had done it, leading to Louis to attempt to fire him from the newly-renamed Specter Litt Wheeler Williams. However, Faye blocked Louis' attempts to fire him and instead stripped Louis of his managing partner title and duties.[1]
